To start a project with us, simply follow the steps below:

– Send us an email at studio@l4m.io with a description of your project, your specific requirements and any other relevant information. If possible, include references or examples of what you want to achieve.
– Quotation: on the basis of the information provided, we will prepare a detailed quotation. This estimate will be sent to you within 48 hours to confirm costs, deadlines and the specifics of your project.
– Validation: if you’re happy with the quote, you can confirm your agreement to start the project.

What are the lead times ?

Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project and your specific requirements. On average, a 3D image can be produced in 1 to 2 weeks, while an animated video can take between 3 and 6 weeks. We’ll discuss the details together to define the schedule according to your constraints and the studio’s availability.

What software do you use for your 3D productions ?

We use a range of cutting-edge software for our 3D productions, including Autodesk, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Corona, V-ray, Lumion, D5 Render. This enables us to guarantee high quality and adaptability to the needs of each project.

How does the modification and feedback process work ?

We work closely with you throughout the project. We integrate your feedback to refine the project until we reach your total satisfaction.

How can I track the progress of my project?

Thanks to our online project tracking tool, you’ll have direct and continuous visibility of your project’s progress. You’ll be able to check for updates, share comments and view completed steps in real time.

How much does a 3D image cost?

The cost of a 3D perspective can vary according to the complexity of the project, the details required and the time needed. Our prices generally start at around €280 excl. tax/single image with modeling. After discussing the specifics of your project, we’ll provide you with a personalized quote.

How much does a 3D animation video cost?

The cost of an animated video varies according to the length of the video, the complexity of the animations and the resources required. Video services start at €2,000 excluding VAT, for a simple 40-second video. For a more precise estimate, please send us the details of your project and contact us.

Once your order has been validated and paid for, you will be able to download the 3D product(s) directly from the confirmation page. Alternatively, in the order confirmation e-mail, you can immediately download the zipped file(s) containing the requested 3D models.

What are your return and refund policies for 3D models ?

Given the downloadable digital nature of our 3D models, we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase has been made and the file delivered, unless the product is defective. Please consult our return and refund policy here.

What payment methods are accepted in your store?

3D models can only be purchased by credit card. All your purchases on the Studio L4M store are secure. Once your order has been validated and paid for, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
