Client: City of Six-Fours-les-Plages, Toulon Metropolitan Area

Context: Project to upgrade Avenue Vincent Picareau and Place de la Cauquière in Six-Fours-les-Plages.

Objectives of the operation: The main objective is to use the square as a parking lot during the week, as a market square at weekends, and possibly as a venue for festivities after the redevelopment. More generally, the MOA aims to improve access, pedestrian and vehicular traffic and parking, refurbish pavements, enhance Avenue Vincent Picareau and Place de la Cauquière, ensure PMR continuity and green spaces.

Constraints: mixed parking/plaza area, two-way traffic on a single section, PMR link with avenue De Lattre de Tassigny, safety of users during the market, large number of existing underground networks.

Elements supplied: photos of existing building, operational diagram, site plan, topographical plan, network plan, layout plan, lighting plan, green space plan, structural plan. Details of the textures and urban equipment used.

Studio L4M’s visual productions : on the basis of the elements provided and after discussions with the various participants and stakeholders, and with the aim of producing communication elements that were as faithful, immersive and realistic as possible, we produced an animated video, graphic inserts and external perspectives.
